Dennis Johnson earned his Bachelor of Science and secondary teaching certificate from Ferris State University in 1962. After twenty-four years as general manager of ski resorts, restaurant owner, and commercial industrial licensed realtor for 10 years, he moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, in 1996. He currently is a licensed Community Association Manager, LCAM, and his portfolio includes the Warden House, one of six historic buildings, placed on National Register of Historic places in 1984. In 2008, he was recognized by Cambridge WHO’S WHO for his excellence in property management.

Sherie Tengbergen received her B.A. in Secondary Art Education from Portland State University, where she was selected Artist of the Year. A performing artist and teacher for over thirty years, currently she is known as “The Watercolor Gourmet” and has recently been demonstrating and teaching her technique of using pantry items to enhance her watercolors throughout the East Coast of Florida.
